The new-build diesel-fired steam generating plant developed by Coates Offshore are designed with global standards and requirements in mind. Whether it be container specification or pressure vessel code acceptability in all offshore oil and gas regions, this range of steam generators are uniquely equipped to meet your demands.
The three pass wet back boiler is matched to typical heat exchanges capacities in well testing operation and features a reliable diesel burner unit and safety shut-downs for low and extra low water level, loss of feed-water, high pressure and flame failure. Additionally, the top-up water tank can accommodate steam/water returns when available.
Externally, the containers and built to DNV and EC standards for operation anywhere in the world and feature easy-to access outlet connections for connecting the supplied 100m of steam hose and built-in spark arrestor accessed from inside the unit.
