Coates Offshore offer a range of reliable desiccant driers
capable of achieving minus 40°C pressure dew point with
after-cooled (below 35°C) compressed air that operate on
the pressure swing adsorption principle.
Operation of the drier is simple; the units are fully
equipped with pneumatic logic control systems which
sense rising pressure to the drier and initiate the switching
process to the appropriate column.
Ingress of fluid and aerosols is prevented by means of a
two-stage coalescing filter bank to enable its operation with
oil free and lubricated compressors alike
Operation is fully automatic once set and there is no need
to switch this unit on or off, the drier comes complete with
an air-blast after-cooler and the wholes package will be
enclosed in either a crash frame to BS7072 or DNV 2.7-1
with slings and fork lift pockets depending on the drier
requested.
